Request the 16-digit card number from the cardholder if the window pop does not include the
card information; otherwise, UADA will search for the account if the card number is in the
window pop.
• Request the cardholder’s first and last name if they cannot provide the card
number.
Use PAS for prepaid cards and C&AM for non-prepaid accounts to find the cardholder’s
account.
• If a cardholder for a Premium client enters the full card number in the
automated system, then UADA will locate the account in C&AM and open
the page where you can find the verification information that is covered in
greater detail in the next section.
• It is important to ensure that you find the account/card number that is
related to the transaction(s) that the cardholder wants to dispute. It is
possible for cardholders to enter their new card number instead of the old
card related to the transaction(s) that are in question.
